I am first a yoga student. Then a teacher . I have been teaching at Bay Area studios since 2017. I have gotten excellent ratings from students. I am teaching so i can improve my practice with fellow yoga students.

I have practiced yoga since i was six years old. After completing my work in the oil patch I have been learning and teaching yoga.

When yoga is done deliberately and with grace ….. magic happens. You experience joy and health . Let us practice together .
