I was interested in health and fitness at a very young age. I played basketball, track and field, and swimming competitively through out middle school and high school which took a toll on my body. I began my yoga practice to heal but learned to strengthen my mind, body, and spirit. I completed my Bikram’s Yoga College of India Teacher Training in the Fall of 2015. My interest in sports became a passion which led to a dedication to share it with others. Since then, I’ve travelled to different parts of the Earth like California, Arizona, Canada, Thailand, India, and London to teach and inspire others. I believe that yoga is a balance between strength and flexibility. I encourage growth of the physical, mental, and spiritual self. Come enjoy a body strengthening, mind calming, and heart opening class with me. Expect to sweat!
